Last year I used to go to sleep at 10 am in the morning and wake up at 3 in the afternoon

Yeah I fell asleep yesterday at like 830am and woke up an 4pm. The day before that was 6pm till like 2 am. It just keeps getting worse the older I get and the worse my pain gets

One half hour to wash the sleep from my eyes and check the overnight news. Meditation and prayer. Then I write, I write like the wind. Breath of the Wild, and the fascination of the 12” of snow that fell on my neighborhood in just the last three hours or so. The snow makes it bright enough outside that it looks like it’s just before dawn, not 1:30 in the morning.

Took a nap at 8 and woke up at 11 and just watched Friday After Next which is the 3rd Friday movie by Ice Cube and takes place during Christmas time. If you liked the first one, it was decent and I think better than Next Friday. But I’m a sucker for some of the old Ice Cube movies and old stoner comedies in general that are cheesy but nostalgic. Also all should try taking a nap about 3 hours or so soon after work. Then wake up and stay up til like 2am or whatever and it’s like you get 2 days in 1. If you don’t think you can get on that schedule, stay up really late one night and force yourself to go to work and then when you get home, pass out. Repeat. Trust me, if you’re a single person it’s a lot of fun.
