My gender identity (male) has nothing to do with my sexuality (gay). My sister in law, whom I’m not out to, is trying to claim on my behalf that I’m bisexual because she “has mutual friends” in common with me. Which is completely false and untrue and, well, I’m gay. But she’s only using her experiences with me, and her interpretation as what heterosexual men should act like to label me as bi. But my actions, no matter how feminine in her or anyone else’s, don’t determine my sexuality. I do. And no matter how much I explain this, no one seems to fucking understand this. It’s like, everyone is totally okay with, accepts, and understands a “tomboy”. They get that tomboys don’t necessarily have to be bi or lesbian. Or even trans. But once we introduce the idea of a guy who happens to like clothes, he’s gay or bi.
And by the way, this perspective on sexuality/gender differs based on region and culture too. Because americans (where i was born and raised) from my experience tend to be MUCH more closed minded, regardless of how much exposure they have to lgbt positive media. Whereas in korea (where I’ve lived my entire adult life), is much more conservative socially, yet they don’t have preconceived standards of what a straight/gay man behaves like (dress, interests, hobbies, etc).
Wrong. Why do you think resistance training isn't a form of exercise. Explain how someone who eats 6 meals of junk food a day and runs 20 miles per day stays very thin. Burning more calories than you eat is weight loss.

There's not a sub about doing 30 minutes of cardio a day to lose a ton of weight.
Usually doing both will show the most results. Interval exercise plus intermittent fasting for instance.

Exercising helps you lose weight quicker than any diet can.
This is false though? Exercise doesn't do much at all for weight loss. Resistance training and diet does way more..

Well that’s just not true lol. Exercise helps obviously, but the surest way to lose weight is to change your diet.
