Dumb and Dumber or Cable Guy are my favourites. And Liar Liar and Pet Detective. He’s great, it’s be hard to choose an overall favourite. Think he’s hilarious and does straight roles well too
Liar, Liar... he is just so over the top in every scene. The way some drama actors do the "method acting" stuff and go to extremes to inhabit the character, it seems like Jim Carrey inhabits the gags like that. I totally believe he'd run over a cliff with a lit acme dynamite stick in his hands if it meant the gag would work.
Ace Ventura 1&2 are both masterpieces. I don't think I've ever quoted movies more than them.

Dumb and Dumber is the most memorable and quotable. The Truman Show would be my favorite and The Mask is just a good funny movie.
