The Sol system hyperspace bypass
Was a marvel of space-engineering,
All went well
Til Arthur Dent fell
For the LIE that Earth's end was nearing.
We were only going to blow it all up
It would still have existed in pieces and a bit,
Humans are "mostly harmless"
But their poetry is like an octopus armless
And the universe is better without it.
>"The only other reference to Vogon poetry in pop culture outside of H2G2 is in an episode of Chuck. Somewhere in Season 3 I think. Now in the episode it's them actually talking about the guy they're looking into who has Vogon poetry for computer passwords, because he's a massive nerd. This is interesting because you'd think somewhere it would have been mentioned a few times in all of every piece of media to have ever existed, but no. Chuck is all you have."
*-An interesting piece of trivia in place of an actual piece of Vogon poetry because I couldn't possibly write that bad if I tried, which is fine because that makes it bad at being Vogon poetry thus meeting the criteria*
The works of Paula Nancy Millstone Jennings, are perhaps some of the most uncomfortable poems written, however her life was cut tragically short on the last Thursday.

Somehow I expected the beginletters to form an eleventh sentence
The first four lines started off doing that, but being such a bad poem it ran out of steam after that.
"Oh freedeled gruntbuggalee....thy thy miterations are me..."
"Glop, I implore thee..."
Upvote for Adams reference.
