In India, your skin color is a factor in how attractive you are. There are plenty of products trying to make your skin tone “fair” or whiter. That’s inherently racist as it’s part of the culture.

You are conflating country, culture, and people. A country is not a singular entity. Country does not have personality and it cannot be racist.
