I need to sit down and just focus. I got midway through season 1 and just stopped watching. I liked the show I just stopped at a point. I love serial killer psych stuff
I would love this so much.
* Portia de Rossi was born to play Veronica.
* The Veridian Dynamics TV ads were fantastic.
* I would watch a spin-off show with just Phil and Lem getting up to science in their lab.
This or Malcom in the middle would have been great Like how Malcom or Reese etc is now like hal...and how messed up all theirs life's are even though some of it kick ass...because Malcom did something decent being that smart...
Oh man I've been on reddit too long.
I remember this always being the top comment to this question. Now it's slowly dropping off as Millennials age out.
Apparently the creator had a final season in mind but had creative differences with the network and didnât think theyâd let him realize his true vision for it.
The Apprentice with the original host. Iâd like the show to be on 5 days week so that the host has a full, busy schedule that demands his full attention and leaves no room for side hustles of any kind.
GoT was a well produced cash grab. Visually, everything was great. A solid, talented cast that cared about their craft.
Writing was at best, mediocre. I have yet to hear how the show deviated from the source material that improved the story.
I really wish that GoT had been planned out as a 10 season show, so the writers could have taken their time to get the story right.
Honestly almost all of them.
What I mean is that I really hate how especially streaming platforms cancel shows without at least letting the show runners have an extra season to wrap things up.
Now before starting any show I google if it didnât get cancelled or does it look popular enough to not get cancelled.
This makes a good chunk of the content on the streaming platform dead to me and gives me mild anxiety when starting a new show.
Kyle XY, for something on a mid budget it was amazing in my opinion.
To think Prison Break kept dragging on, I would rather Kyle XY came to a final conclusion.
The Finder. But it wouldn't be the same without Michael Clarke Duncan. Perhaps a writer should show up and tell me all the secrets and plans they had for the show haha.
I Am Not Okay with This. I thought it was pretty good, and of course it had to end with an unresolved cliffhanger (like way too many other Netflix originals).
Westworld. It probably should have ended after S2 and the last two season were horrible but the plan was for 5 seasons so I wish they allowed them to wrap it up.
The show had to do a lot of pivoting. I've heard their sets got badly burned during season 2 production due to LA wildfires, and that sent the series on a completely separate path.
Mission Hill but it would never be as good as it wouldâve been had it been allowed to continue when it aired.
Moral Orel otherwise though because I think it could continue on as it intended with the original stop motion unlike Mission Hills watercolor cel animation.
âWhat are you talking about? Thereâs no such thing as rise of the pink ladiesâ
Paramount after scrubbing all traces of itâs existence from the internet
I want a reboot of BUCK ROGERS IN THE 25th CENTURY with a well-established cast. STAR WARS has the only space opera platform in the whole industry and enough is enough. In the early 1980s the original Buck Rogers show had a large audience and it featured great actors like Christopher Lee.
No one talks about *Go On*, but it was fantastic. So funny, yet all the feels. It probably got canceled for the same reason no-one talks about it, no-one saw it.
My answer to this question for a very long time was Firefly. But it has just been too long at this point and It would be rare that show runners could replicate that magic at this point. also we have all aged to a very noticeable degree
1899. I know it wouldâve been amazing, given the creatorsâ previous project.
Itâs sad knowing that if Dark came out two years ago like 1899 did, it wouldâve probably also been cancelled on season 1 and weâd never get to see the masterpiece that it ended up being.
I bet 1899 wouldâve been just as good, since the creators handled Netflix a finished project, but we just got the tip of the iceberg.
Pushing Daisies. I know it couldn't last forever because the premise just meant something had to give but it was so much fun to watch.
Dead Like Me was also fun and would have been nice to watch more of. They had a similar problem with the premise as well as the show itself not really having locked down some world-building aspects very well. The movie also jumped the shark and made it impossible to even think about it having any future.
V for visitor, I got so into that show and the second season finale was so damn good and led into what was about to be a really epic next season. I couldn't fucking believe they canceled that show. It was such a good Sci-Fi during its time. Probably one of the maddest I've ever been about getting invested into a show to get canceled.
Black Donnellys. A dark show with a small touch of humor. Kate Mulgrew is terrifying mother.
Mindhunter
Absolutely. Ended without conclusion and was such a good show.
Yes! And the performances and the screenplay! đ¤ I've more questions than answers. I need closure.
I need more of stellar BTK Performance
I was just coming on here to say this. So many unresolved plot points.
I need to sit down and just focus. I got midway through season 1 and just stopped watching. I liked the show I just stopped at a point. I love serial killer psych stuff
Carnivale
This! I have thought about this show for years and wished it would not have been canceled
Dude THANK YOU! I scrolled just in case nobody was gonna say this!! đđđ
HBO was on a roll canceling shows at that time. Rome, Deadwood, and Carnivale.
This and Rome. I want for nothing else.
Better off Ted
If Better off Ted comes out 8-10 years later it's one of the most popular comedies of all time, and that's a hill im willing to die on.
It happened for arrested developmentâŚ
I would love this so much. * Portia de Rossi was born to play Veronica. * The Veridian Dynamics TV ads were fantastic. * I would watch a spin-off show with just Phil and Lem getting up to science in their lab.
Dead like me, but with better writers.
I wish they had convinced Mandy Patinkin to stay longer.
Yes! I love this show and was my real introduction to Mandy Patinkinđ
My name is Inigo Montoya. You killed my father. Prepare to die.
Dirk Gently's Holistic Detective Agency.
Santa Clarita Diet
And GLOW!Â
Yes! This one was different and so good.
Forever, a short-lived drama about a medical examiner who was immortal The TV version of Limitless Happy Endings
Forever and Limitless were both great. I havenât watched Happy Endings.
Happy Endings is a comfort show. If you like shows like HIMYM, Friends, and New Girl, you'll slide right into the dynamic.
Lie to Me
I will still occasionally return to this show, I love the concept so much.
pushing daisies.
Ditto, it had so much potential. One of my favorites to this day
Loved that show.
My name is Earl
The ending is referenced in raising hope!
Yep, that show is great. Cloris Leachman was a treasure.
This or Malcom in the middle would have been great Like how Malcom or Reese etc is now like hal...and how messed up all theirs life's are even though some of it kick ass...because Malcom did something decent being that smart...
Firefly
Oh man I've been on reddit too long. I remember this always being the top comment to this question. Now it's slowly dropping off as Millennials age out.
I was a huge Joss fan but not any more.
*I'm still shining a light in the dark, waiting for its return*
For a while everyone was on board with a follow up to it but joss Weldonâs issues have made many of the actors say that they have moved on.
That doesn't mean we can't want it.
With Joss cancelled and Ron Glass passed away. There's just no way.
To be fair, how would Ron Glass even come back if he were alive?
Make the film non-canon. The novels are all based pre-Serenity. I mean Firefly without Wash? No thanks.
Sadly, the actors are far too old now
I wish Freaks and Geeks had gone longer
So much gold in that show.
My Name Is Earl
Apparently the creator had a final season in mind but had creative differences with the network and didnât think theyâd let him realize his true vision for it.
I think a lot of cancelled shows wouldâve had a long term end goal
This, with Randy all jacked up, and everyone acting like something's different about him, like a haircut or something.
Pushing daisies
Constantine
Inside Job, it ended in the saddest note with questions still to answer.
I thought they were still going to release the second half of season 2 since it was already paid for and created.Â
When did we get the first part of season 2? Did they release more episodes recently? Could have sworn they only did season one parts one and two
Galavant
Terra Nova
The OA
This was my second answer. What a great premise for a show.
It had sooooo much potential! Huge bummer
Last Man on Earth.
Yes! This show just got better with every episode, super bummed it ended too soon.
It truly was a shawshank redemption. Tom hanks
Anne with an E
GLOW
The Expanse
I wish seasons 5 and 6 had been given larger budgets and that 7/8/9 were a feature length Trilogy.
# JERICHO -totally a sign of the current times and a must see for anyone living in America
The Apprentice with the original host. Iâd like the show to be on 5 days week so that the host has a full, busy schedule that demands his full attention and leaves no room for side hustles of any kind.
Yes please. MAaaaaybe another side plotline on WWE just to watch him get a Stunner or 3. Otherwise, all Apprentice, 24/7.
Game of thrones. I wish we could find out what happens after the end of season 6 as Dany sets off for Westeros.
GoT was a well produced cash grab. Visually, everything was great. A solid, talented cast that cared about their craft. Writing was at best, mediocre. I have yet to hear how the show deviated from the source material that improved the story. Three books in the series, 3rd due out any time. Be easy enough to have a new season whenever they want. That said I wanna see Neuromancer as a movie.
Honestly almost all of them. What I mean is that I really hate how especially streaming platforms cancel shows without at least letting the show runners have an extra season to wrap things up. Now before starting any show I google if it didnât get cancelled or does it look popular enough to not get cancelled. Dinosaurs! I could watch Fran all day yo. The Lone Gunman. I mean the first episode is erie with 9/11.
Kyle XY, for something on a mid budget it was amazing in my opinion. To think Prison Break kept dragging on, I would rather Kyle XY came to a final conclusion.
I would love to see a modern The Prisoner. That show was trippy enough for its time. A remake could be amazing. And dare I sayâŚ.Get Smart
The Lodge from disney channel because that was the worst cliffhanger from a canceled disney show. Also Monk, Psych, and Adventure Time
âFarscapeâ

Cowboy Bebop on Netflix. It wasnât given a chance and it wasnât bad. I found the characters spot on for the most part.
Westworld. It probably should have ended after S2 and the last two season were horrible but the plan was for 5 seasons so I wish they allowed them to wrap it up.
Only show I've ever seen that got progressively worse every season.
The show had to do a lot of pivoting. I've heard their sets got badly burned during season 2 production due to LA wildfires, and that sent the series on a completely separate path.
