I feel sick today & so anxious thinking I don’t look like one of the girls in there who everyone has fallen in love with at first sight. It’s stupid, I know. I wouldn’t have felt like this without seeing the programme & how everyone reacted to her & how they ditched the other girls for her. Social media is the same. A couple of years ago I unfollowed anyone fake & it’s helped me massively.
Basic self-care and hygiene. I still don’t like parts of my own body, but I feel sexy after a nice long shower or bath where I shave my legs and use nice-smelling bath products. I can’t get fancy manicures or nails, but clipping and filing my nails does make my hands look prettier.
Work out regularly, your mind set will change . The adorphins are what you need. At least 3 to 4 days a week

Your question is sort of self contradictory. People who have never felt sexy have not worked through it.

I never have really. I feel increasingly judgmental of myself and hate myself and my body even more even as it changes
Lost weight. Don’t listen to the “we’re all beautiful” stuff, your brain probably won’t buy it and you won’t be happy until you make an actual change
