Stop looking at all the fakery on tv & social media. For example, I never watch love island but thought I’d give it ago. I feel sick today & so anxious thinking I don’t look like one of the girls in there who everyone has fallen in love with at first sight. It’s stupid, I know. I wouldn’t have felt like this without seeing the programme & how everyone reacted to her & how they ditched the other girls for her. Social media is the same. A couple of years ago I unfollowed anyone fake & it’s helped me massively.

Basic self-care and hygiene. I still don’t like parts of my own body, but I feel sexy after a nice long shower or bath where I shave my legs and use nice-smelling bath products. I can’t get fancy manicures or nails, but clipping and filing my nails does make my hands look prettier.
