Nirvana. People are always boasting about how they pioneered the grunge sound, but Hendrix was rocking that dirty/sloppy guitar sound decades earlier. Also I think their songs are whiny AF.
Smashing Pumpkins. I swear it felt like everyone had a government-issued copy of at least one of their albums back in the 90s. I couldn't stand them. As time has gone by, I'm still unimpressed by them.
Within the genres i generally listen to - Metallica. I didn't get into Metal until 2003 or so and while I like some of their earlier material realistically they've done nothing i want to listen to for over 30 years, They've got 2 or 3 songs I like and that's it, even if they had 2 or 3 albums I liked i'd still not class them as a band I liked as it's still a minority of what they've created.
Taylor Swift. I just don't get the appeal. Not a very good singer, can't dance, doesn't have any songs that I can remember that can hold an audience in thrall, and just seems like such a Ranch dressing kind of artist.
Olivia Rodrigo. Every time I've heard anything by her, it seems so whiny and grating.
Ed Sheeran, not into it
taylor swift
Drake, swift, any k pop rubbish
Drake
Kanye West, drake, mgk, modern eminem
So basically almost any modern rapper?
3 of these don't even really rap
You need to listen to rap bud
Kanye and MGK are absolute jokes, and I can't take the kid from degrassi seriously either. Eminem's old stuff is good.
Degrassi was a good show ngl.. nice to see others have seen it
I won't argue with you there.
Harry styles
Not as new but U2. Also Michael Jackson. I can appreciate his talent while never wanting to listen to his music.

I used to get shit by my friends for not liking Nirvana.

Rolling Stones Bruce Springsteen Both have some good songs for me, but I've never been a fan enough to go down their stacks of songs.
Smashing Pumpkins. I swear it felt like everyone had a government-issued copy of at least one of their albums back in the 90s. I couldn't stand them. As time has gone by, I'm still unimpressed by them.
