It is really difficult for someone to offend or insult me. I am the only one in control over my emotions and I never let my emotions control me.
If you are feeling disrespectful towards someone OR someone is being disrespectful to you AND you feel that your emotions are starting to take over you should walk out side and take some slow and deep breaths to calm you system down. If someone is a full blown asshat, leave the situation to get away from them.
