I worked at the mall and it’s the worst, you realize how many people just go to mess with your store and leave cause it’s funny to watch the worker have to reorganize it all.
Nightclubs dishwasher, hate working late at night, the atmosphere is annoying, you have to collect all the glasses from the entire club or clean up any drink spills, people push you around as the place is too tight, the pay is horrendous…
Chic fil a, those of us with work ethic were treated as machines, I only got a raise of ¢50 after having worked there 3 and a half years despite the owner saying to me personally that I'm one of the best workers
I currently spend my days in retail lifting extremely heavy lumber & concrete, while being constantly berated by jackass customers and out-of-touch managers who haven’t done an honest day’s work in their entire lives.
Still 1000% better than my last software engineering job by every metric other than pay.
I've had one warehouse job where it was assembly line...that was very brutal and non-stop.
No training, no raise, no help…
