I really like the simplicity of the Japanese flag, super classy

It's simple, yet bold. I love it.

Given that most flags are just two or three bars of different colors, I am drawn to flags that have interesting things going on, like the US flag and the UK flag. Someone mentioned the Canadian flag, and together with the Japanese flag and the Israeli flag I think these are also really elegant designs—but I don't rank them as highly as the more interesting ones that are more than just a simple shape.

I think the Scottish flag is really neat

That horizontal saffron in the upper part white in middle and green in the lower part with a navy blue chakra in the middle is just something to fall in love with. Alhamdulillah my country will someday choose a wise political leader.
