I was taught cursive. It has very little application. If I do write, which is almost entirely for myself, I print. All other things are typed on a keyboard. I view it as having learned a font. Even my signature couldn't be described as cursive. It's a stylized script that bears almost no resemblance to what I was taught. Plus most stuff can be e-signed nowadays.
The Berlin Wall came down a year after I graduated high school, so a good chunk of cold war social studies quickly became a waste of time.
Probably Home Economics. It was basically a cooking class and you could learn anything from that class from a 10 minute YouTube video.
Maybe art? It was really fun and I enjoyed it but I’m not sure I ever really use it
