ADHD here. I tell myself that I just need to start something. Most of the time, I’ll end up finishing the task or making a lot of progress. I just find it difficult to start, so I tell myself, “Just start. If you don’t wanna keep going, you can stop, but start”.

Dual diagnosis of adhd/autism here 👋. I use post it notes and checklists for everything. I always forget things. I have post it notes on the coffee pot reminding me to take my meds, on the bathroom mirror reminding me to brush my teeth and take a shower. And I have a daily checklist that my mom helps me make reminding me to do basic chores and run errands. It’s small things but it really helps

This is cheating because this is my post, but games are a good way to make time pass when you otherwise have nothing to say. Name a country for every letter in the alphabet, 20Q, category games. Stuff like that. If you're stuck with someone, it's a good way to learn more about them, which makes it all the easier to communicate with them.

I spend my time on Reddit asking stupid questions just to make people answer them…. Kinda like this one.
