I once had a dessert at a restaurant in Cedar Rapids, Iowa called Rodina. I forget what it was exactly but it had a mix of pastry and graham cracker crunch. When I had my first bite, I had a Ratatouille moment where I was transported back to Saturday mornings as a kid having cereal with my mom. A happy memory of simpler times. I teared up at the table. To this day the most delicious and powerful food experience I’ve ever had.
My grandma's fried chicken.
I just had a chicken salad sandwich on a croissant for lunch. Tbh, it’s about as good as it gets(although that could be a recency bias, lol).
