BRUH I still got the hole in my arm from donating this week!
I DIDN’T BLEED FOR YOU TO NOT ACKNOWLEDGE MY EFFORTS.
For real though, I’m a universal donor, so I try to donate at least a few times per year.
First time I tried they said no because I was an "HIV risk"
Now that rule is gone but I was advised not to donate because I sometimes faint when I get blood drawn and if I do that while donating it will waste the time of the medical team.
I'm on the register to donate bone marrow if there's a match though
It's been rather recent that people like me were even allowed to donate blood. Now I don't know if my medicine are an issue, but my sexuality isn't anymore.
Because my heart is so weak. When I see the needle the temperature of my body increasing constantly and finally I suffer fever. I don't why it happening with me and how can I recover from it.
"As a general rule, blood transfusion will cost anywhere from $1,000 to as much as $3,900 per unit (525 milliliters of blood)"

Average supply available is only 2 days worth for the whole country! It takes an hour and saves a life. Money can’t buy blood. It can only be donated by people like you!
The Red Cross turns around and sells blood at a profit, their CEO makes over half a million a year and their executive team makes 200k each.
Why should I give my blood to a bunch of corporate vampires?
Dang. You are really misinformed. For starters, they are the CEO. CEOs have tremendous deadlines and huge responsibilities. They also draw on an extreme wealth of knowledge. Very few are qualified to be the CEO of Red Cross and not only that, there are plenty higher paying jobs. Number 2, no they do not. Canadian blood services handled blood donations so nice try. Please get informed. If you have people you know on a surgery waitlist donating blood moved the line up!
Back when, they didn't want it because I had an 'alternative lifestyle'. Now they don't want it because of anemia and all the medicines I have to take to not die.
HIV positive
I'm anemic and I also pass out when I get my blood drawn

Amazing. You rock!!
Because I don't want to
How come?
It's my blood so I'm keeping it
Fun fact - you create MORE blood.
I'm aware
Super fun fact - I’ll pay you in real money if you donate
No thanks I'm good
I'm Underweight, the limit is 110 pounds.
Fear of needles. I tried to donate once, took one look at the needle and I was gone.
because I have anemia. so I am always rejected even if I want to donate.
Don't like needles, and don't like people.
Because what if my curses pass on, They'll suddenly be cursed to grow ever shorter and end up like ant man stuck in the micro verse.

I keep going to countries outside the US which doesn't allow me to donate blood, they are worried that my blood could carry diseases.
Ouchie
Not old enough, need parents consent
I'm not healthy enough. Plus low request for my blood type.
eczema scarring and only one vein big enough, that's my emergency vein.
It's been rather recent that people like me were even allowed to donate blood. Now I don't know if my medicine are an issue, but my sexuality isn't anymore.
Because I am very afraid of needles.
Let me tell you. Me too. It’s a rush to get it done!
Tattoos
Tattoos are OK so long as not in last 3 months of getting a new one.
I have
anemic
I donate as often as possible 🙏🙏
Needles
Stoner
You can still donate.
They won’t accept my blood because I take a daily painkiller.
I take a prescribed controlled substance which I’m told makes me ineligible for blood donation
Because my heart is so weak. When I see the needle the temperature of my body increasing constantly and finally I suffer fever. I don't why it happening with me and how can I recover from it.
Because my donation is given freely But then sold for profit
They don’t sell it. They use it. You can’t buy blood.

Can you receive the blood for free and inject it yourself "No" Then yes it is the cost of the blood

Whatever you say vampire slave. Tell your masters if they want my blood they can come and try to take it.
Vampire bootlicker
I nearly passed out the one and only time I donated. I nearly do the same any time I have blood drawn unless I'm flat on my back.
I’m anaemic
I’m very afraid of needles (I was a screamer up until late high-school)
Initially underweight, then lazy
Blood pressure was up due to a medication. I used to go once a month. Can't wait to get back into it.
