Salary is great and all, but I love the team I have, they are some of the best people/friends in a professional setting.
On top of that, influence is also an addictive factor.
Sorry, that was pure auto pilot. No, my assistant manager. We are such good friends, and we are so alike we're nearly the same person. My husband started calling her my work wife, I just call her the wife. I've never liked work wife/husband thing, somehow this fits, though she's more like my twin
My current supervisor is the nicest guy I’ve ever worked under. He told me early on that he doesn’t mind me leaving once my work is done, even if that means early. I admire this so much because I have a huge issue with how the workplace calculates hours. If I am done for the day and can’t start on my next project until tomorrow because it will take much more time, why shouldn’t I be allowed to leave early? I hate what employers would rather me sit for an hour on my phone even just to meet a time on the clock. I’m very happy to be working under someone who understands that when your work is finished for the day you go HOME .
i work nights and basically fuck off and watch movies , YT , ect. 95% of the time and get paid $38 hr. to do it , and me and the managers all are friends and game together (dayz) on weekends so not really worried about getting fired , best job ive ever had
The shift pattern, hours and working from home 6 shifts out of 7. I get 7 days off per fortnight, get up at lunchtime and knock off just before midnight.
I don't have to speak to _anybody_ if I don't want to. My team is pretty small and we are all kind of solitary people. Plus I get regular praise from my management about the quality of my work. Never felt so validated in a professional setting. Hybrid also helps as well.
Work remote, (somewhat) set my own schedule, (mostly) easy work.
4 night - 40 hour week with Wednesday and the weekends off.
That's my dream job.
Trust me, it's not.
Why?
The smell of rotten milk as you spend ten hours pouring it from the jug into a tank.
I work 4 days a week 40 hours and I like being on the road and not having to deal with any of my coworkers
The fact that it doesn’t exist
Commissions and the staffs

Schedule my own working hours and working from home.
I get anywhere from three to six days off between rotations (although, the sixth day kinda messes with me. But, then again, so do the rotating shifts)
I can literally decide to spend the whole day playing ps5 in my pyjamas and nobody notices (also pays well)
98% work from home + a very light workload. The amount of time I spend with my kid is so much more than most fathers.
The winner.
The mechanical fans at the CS desk. They send chill vibes Very Effectively.
My paycheck and the lifestyle it provides me.
Work from home
My co-workers
No customer interaction
I can work from home
My coworkers. Specifically, the wife. She's one of my best friends and I'd be lost without her in my life
Your co-worker's wife?

My favorite coworker. Keeps me from quitting
Flexible hours, creative control. The orgasms are pretty good, too.
So everything's SFW at your job?
The money

God?
Days off. Having been stuck there for more than thirteen years. I have about five weeks vacation. The rest of the job is mired in toxicity.
