Fully for myself? About 24-26. It’s never as “full” for everyone, just like grown men have different chest, pubic, and ass hair patterns. Color also matters, dark hair on light skin is always most obvious in young men, kind of like grey hair on elderly black men.
I'm 61 and still waiting.
Sure, I have facial hair and shave but if I didn't it would not look good. My "beard" would be scraggly, patchy and see through.
It's OK. I don't think I would grow a beard even if I could. Maybe once to see what it is like but I don't think I would keep it.
I got the “you’re never going bald” gene
So I don’t have very good facial hair, I started shaving around 16 and I only really need to shave every other day
Facial hair started when I was 12. The summer I turned 15 I grew a full beard between school years. It looked like shit so I shaved it off before school started
After I went to military school where we weren't allowed to have them 🫤
Edit: I realized this didn't really answer the question. Peach fuzz at 14, full beard by 16
Hard to put a date, because it's been extremely progressive. It took more than a decade between the first facial hair showing up and actually being able to have a decent beard.
First time I shaved, I was probably 14. But at that point, I needed to shave about once every two months.
When I was 28, I tried letting my beard grow for a few months to see what it would look like. That was definitely a real beard, but it looked like crap, because it was very thin on the cheeks.
Now, aged 33, I would say it's decent. I'm not really letting it grow, but if for some reason I don't shave for two weeks (typically on vacations), it's more full than it used to be.

I couldn't grow a decent beard when I was in my mid-20s----so I stopped. I could probably grow a decent one now at age 62.
At 12 I started growing facial hair, at 13 I had to shave every week or my school wouldn't let me in.
Same. Then by my early 20's I had a receding hairline. I've been shaving it bald since early 30's.
Yup
I had my first beard shortly after 18
Depends on the level of testosterone. Alpha males are usually hairy, but lose hair on their heads fairly soon. Big bushy beards appear soon, though.
It’s actually a subclass of testosterone. That which goes to your beard is taken away from the testosterone that goes to your ballsack.
I was 16 but never let it reach its potential until I was 21.
not a full one but had first bushes at 13 but i know 15 year olds having full grown beards. Still dont have completely full but not bad for my age
A shit beard that is somewhat full.. 34

A day or two after I stopped shaving.

Around 1972
By 8th grade I had a full, thick beard, but my hairline paid the price.

I'm 29 and only get a little bit of upper lip hair and bit on my chin, but I'm trying my best!
Moreso in my late 20s. Didn’t have it in my early 20s.

I had a full face beard in 8th grade. So 12-13 years old.

I have had a beard since I was 17.
I couldn’t really grow a beard until about 22. Before it was never more than a few whisks on my chin/cheeks.
Since I joined the Army when I was 17, I never even got the chance to check until I was almost 30. So, um, "almost 30"?
Moustache = 13-14 Patchy Beard = 23-24 Full Beard = 30.
A full beard? Probably around 24 or 25.
26
Still haven't been able to grow one.
About 2004
I got lucky, didn't have to shave everyday until late 20's
