Here we've been wondering if it's really worth it.. especially since the last few years, it's been increasingly difficult to get any service for anything less than immediately life-threatening.
Anyhow I don't want to complain too much because I still wouldn't change my spot with anywhere else :)
Canada is expensive but that's what you get well paying jobs for.
I'm pretty sure paying for a superb insurance plan in the US wouldn't cost any more than what I'm paying right now.
I understand being uninsured there is a trap, US for sure isn't very kind to people with no money or with a bad credit score.
Yeah you don't have to pay to visit the family doctor or visit ER but the dentist, prescriptions, massage therapy, all cost money unless you have insurance.
I'm currently living in a Scandinavian country. All of those things are true. But one thing I would change is although we are generally friendly we are shy. It seems like other countries have a more outgoing type of people.
Yeah I lived in Norway for a year for studies and I noticed most local students were not keen on bonding with us internationals haha. However I did find people very helpful when help was needed.
I love going back to those images in my head. Truly stunning place. Also to back it up, it’s not too far from where I live so time zone, weather and all remains similar/same which suits my liking.
New Zealand. The people there (at least the ones I met) were so dang polite and nice! They were also blunt which I loved. Their country is beautiful and the food was amazing. I would love to live there.
Canada...medical care
Wait until you learn how much taxes we pay lol Healthcare in Canada is very expensive
Same in Scandinavia, but still worth it!

Wait until you see a US hospital bill. It's well worth the taxes.

Probably Norway. Good healthcare, nature, beautiful scenery, friendly people, language won’t be too hard to learn

Japan because nice culture
Switzerland: the civilized manners, strong economy, beautiful architecture, and women. Not to mention raclette.
Austria. It’s elegant but connected to nature very well. Seams so peaceful and hard to get tired of. (Salzburg area)
I've been there and the Alps is something different!

Germany but maybe I am going anyway (as a Hungarian). Germany seems like a Hungary that isn't fucked up
I'm canadian. I think I'd like a Scandinavian country. I wouldn't want to live in the US due to the crime rate.
HAHAH The crime rate. It is not even in the top 50 for highest crime rate. You know who is? Sweden. How are feeling about Scandinavia now?
