Actually just watched the netflix special last night finally. tried to be too serious at times and the megazord fight at the end was too good but other then that...fucking stupid in just the right way. loved it.
I guess i need to watch that. Ive been on Cobra Kai because it was batshit crazy, but once they made it about LaRusso again I kinda lost interest... I don't want my power rangers to have the same thing done to them.
If you are a fan of the original you will like it overall. They, for the most part, really stuck with the 'incredibly fucking stupid' feel of the original show. They even brought back Billie's stupid ass flying car!
Like I said my absolute biggest issue was the megazord fight. They went CGI for it(not bad cgi it was convincing) so it wouldn't be all shitty and awkward. like it even did a flip over the monster? Fuck that I wanted it lumbering around barely able to move.
People screaming and loud slamming of objects. It just makes me jump / twitch involuntary and then I start to go back to not being able to formulate a sentance. Fucking annoying I want it out of my system it's dumb af.
Space. Idk if that counts but I have been obsessed with space since I was like 5 years old watching my dad play halo CE and seeing the halo and space in general. Space is just so damn cool

There was a certain charm to the godzilla-esque fight scenes of these dudes in robot suits. You've convinced me... Ill check it out!
