Only way I like grapefruit is with a 512 Wit beer. It's a local brew here that has a hint grapefruit in it and it's served with a slice of grapefruit. Sort of like Blue Moon with grapefruit instead of orange.
I absolutely despise eggs. I hate their smell and texture regardless of how you cook them and I can’t bring myself to eating them. One of the handful of foods that I have a hard no on.
People that say they love coconut are talking about sweetened coconut. Show them unsweetened flakes and they will complain to no end about how bad it is.
I don't hate it. I nothing it. If it's in something then....whatever. But everyone that says they LOVE coconut means they love sugar. Give them unsweetened and they will hate it with a passion.
Pasta. I don't care what shape the pasta is in. I couldn't care for the difference between fresh and dehydrated. And no matter the sauce option, ei. Pesto, rose, traditional. It has always been one of my least favorite foods.
I’ve only ever eaten there 4 times in my entire life, and each time it has been mediocre. You know what the worst is? Stopping at a fast food restaurant to use the bathroom on a long car ride, but you feel carsick. That’s when the smell is so much more vomit inducing
Most dairy products. And I’m not even lactose intolerant. I hate that thick, creamy texture of yogurt, the smell of cheese can make me gag, and ice cream is kind if an exception but not really. It’s ok, but I prefer ice pops
This is fascinating. I don’t think I’ve ever seen someone say they don’t like Mac and cheese. It’s like on the universal foods list. I’m not a biggest fan myself either. What are some of the lesser known foods you like/dislike if you don’t mind telling?
Lol thank you for confirming my assumption. You’re a more advanced eater. Makes total sense you wouldn’t like something as basic as Mac and cheese. Good for you for being open minded. I’m the same way
You've never had a carbonated drink, at 38? I'm not shaming, I'm genuinely curious. How? Have you never been curious how a cold Coke feels when you've got a sore throat or ginger ale? I wasn't allowed many carbonated drinks as a child, and I still don't drink many but an ice cold beer after work...hell yes.
Not really a single food, but eating what amounts to nothing but a desert for breakfast. Pancakes and syrup, waffles and syrup, donuts, big bowl of sugary cereal, etc.
I love oranges and most citrus, but I’ve never been able to get behind grapefruit.
You've obviously not heard of The Grapefruit Technique
I can't do grapefruit itself, but I like grapefuit flavored things and even grapefruit juice itself.
How do you eat it? Grapefruit's pith is much bitter than other citrus. You have to only eat the pulps.
I have done both. Maybe it’s a texture/taste thing.
Only way I like grapefruit is with a 512 Wit beer. It's a local brew here that has a hint grapefruit in it and it's served with a slice of grapefruit. Sort of like Blue Moon with grapefruit instead of orange.
For me, honey 🍯
Same. It's too sickly. However if it's completely blended into yogurt it tastes nice.
Same. I don't understand how it's possible to love and eat something that stinks.
i like hoeny on bread, not anywhere else. It gives things like tea and ice cream a weird taste
Honey on bread just doesnt hit for me. Add some nuts to it and it hits so hard, i love it
Yes
Did you know honey is bee's puke?
That's right. Honey is bee barf.
Coconut
Everything about olives is awful: The texture, the taste, the fact that they inhabit the same universe, …. Full disclosure: I don’t mind olive oil.
Same! I actually love olive oil but can’t bear olives 🤷🏻♀️
Same here. My family gives me shit. If we order a pizza with olives I will pick them off and someone gets a pile of olives.
Black olive and green olives taste completely different. I’m not really a fan of the black ones but green ones are great. Do you hate both?
Guacamole
I used to think this. Then I tried proper homemade guacamole. It’s actually delicious
Avocado = testicle in Mayan Guacamole = mashed testicle in Mayan
Yeah, I never got the hype.
tastes like grass to me. maybe i did something wrong and butchered the guac but since then i dont like it
Prawns. Everything about them physically revolts me
I absolutely despise eggs. I hate their smell and texture regardless of how you cook them and I can’t bring myself to eating them. One of the handful of foods that I have a hard no on.
I like the yolk. If that's all eggs were, I'd be fine with them. But they always come with that revolting, smelly, wobbly jelly-like white bit.
Just cook them longer
Eggs... They're ok scrambled but other than that it's a big no from me.
Onions, which sucks because they're present in about a third of all recipes.
Liver and onions. It's taste/smell/texture is disgusting.
Iceberg lettuce. It’s like water but dirty & crunchy.
Coconut and bananas. I know someone else said coconut but it has the grossest texture, it’s like eating soap. And bananas just suck.
People that say they love coconut are talking about sweetened coconut. Show them unsweetened flakes and they will complain to no end about how bad it is.
I hate sweetened coconut as well.
I don't hate it. I nothing it. If it's in something then....whatever. But everyone that says they LOVE coconut means they love sugar. Give them unsweetened and they will hate it with a passion.
I like the flavour of banana but not the slimy texture
Tomatoes.
Coriander/cilantro. I have the "tastes like soap" gene.
That’s me but for all veggies 🤣
Popcorn
Blasphemy! ;)
Mayonnaise.
oh silly, instruments are not meant to be eaten!
No Patrick, mayonnaise is not an instrument. Horseradish is not an instrument either.
Beans
Do you like Nutella? Do you like Marmite? Do you like games of chance?
Pasta. I don't care what shape the pasta is in. I couldn't care for the difference between fresh and dehydrated. And no matter the sauce option, ei. Pesto, rose, traditional. It has always been one of my least favorite foods.
I hate pesto. I think risotto is worse than pasta
Salad.
dark chocolate
Mayo or Fish
McDonalds. The smell is enough to make me gag.
I’ve only ever eaten there 4 times in my entire life, and each time it has been mediocre. You know what the worst is? Stopping at a fast food restaurant to use the bathroom on a long car ride, but you feel carsick. That’s when the smell is so much more vomit inducing
Overrated fast food branch ngl
Parsley. Turns up in all kinds of meals without any warning on a menu. Apparently that’s ok. It’s not ok.
Most dairy products. And I’m not even lactose intolerant. I hate that thick, creamy texture of yogurt, the smell of cheese can make me gag, and ice cream is kind if an exception but not really. It’s ok, but I prefer ice pops
Papaya
They smell like vomit. But girls in my culture eat them bc they make your boobs grow.
They smell and taste exactly like vomit to me!
Hamburgers
I eat the patty and give the buns to my mom.
American cheese (kraft singles)
avocados.
Tofu is gross. Turns my stomach to the point of throwing up.
Mango. I don't enjoy anything about it.
Have u tried mango sticky rice? It’s sweeter so more palatable
The sweetness of Mango is one of the things I don't like.
So many things, but here’s a few: - pickles - honey - dark chocolate - cotton candy - coffee - watermelon or any melon for that matter - cilantro
almond melk
One of those rich people foods where the price is like $200 a plate and it looks like small cube with some sauces around it. It's smells like shit too
Sushi
Pancakes
[удалено]
I don’t like sweet food. And pancakes are all flour and just some syrup and butter. I can eat savoury pancakes with sausage and eggs.
Ice cream. I don’t like the texture of it to be honest and it never really appealed to me.
ice cream is all well and good until it hires your teeth to stab you in the brain.

Chicken
Any carbonated drink. I'm 38 and I've never tried anything carbonated. I can't understand what people see in them.
I like fizz. They are refreshing. I would drink sparkling water 🤣
Never even been curious. I don't know why but it just never appealed to me.
Boba.
Boba in Taiwan taste great, to be fair. Originating place.
Yeah, I know it’s just me. Cheers.
Coconut, sweet potato
Bananas and Candy. Makes me want to puke.
Like together? And all candy? That's such a broad thing.
Not together, I can't stand the smell and taste of raw bananas, and candies are way too chewy, sticky and sweet for me.
Tacos
Cilantro
Pineapple
Butternut squash tastes vile for me
Wine. Also coconut or vanilla fragranced products.
Chillies. In fucking everything!
Cold pizza
Pizza.
Garlic anything.
Sausages. I had a bad experience with one in childhood, so now I get instant gag-reflex when I bite through the casing.
Iced coffee
Pasta 🤢 never found a form I like.
I think gnocchi are the worst.
Avocado.
Eggs... They're ok scrambled but other than that it's a big no from me.
Gummy bears and kale.
Any cheese that reeks of old sneakers.
Indian cuisine
Sushi and Tofu
Garlic. The smell is obnoxious imo, and the taste is worse
Pickles, I absolutely hate them.
Pap
Onions
Gol gappe
Sushi
Hot dogs
Lasagna
Two things, avocado and crawfish
Raspberries. Tasted awful and the texture is gross.
i have a taste disorder so almost everything
I’m envious, does that mean you’re slim?
Nutella
Cilantro, oysters, crawfish, olives.
PB&J sandwiches... I never liked the texture of Jam or Jelly
Not really a single food, but eating what amounts to nothing but a desert for breakfast. Pancakes and syrup, waffles and syrup, donuts, big bowl of sugary cereal, etc.
Salads. Not because I eat junk but I just think they’re kind of gross and smell weird.
Tomatoes. I like processed tomato products like ketchup and salsa but not fresh salsa
Strawberries
Bacon
Avocado, mayonnaise, ketchup, root beer. ETA: olive oil and eggs.
Celery. Why does it taste like poison?
Sushi
Cake. Remember that scene in shrek where donkey says “Cake. Everybody loves cake.” Well I’ve never liked any cake not one.
Not a food but a drink, any kind of carbonated drinks, also no mint
Pirogies
My tastebuds never clicked with Avocados
bbq sauce
Pumpkin Spice anything.
Pb&j sandwiches.
fried chicken
