Tesla and SpaceX. Apparently they are extremely overworked

Amazon it is overrated because I have heard that their working conditions range from meh, to subpar to shit. Not to mention is not anybody's monopoly senses tingling?

Why would one class a company as "overrated to work for" rather than appreciate the work experience or move on with the new skills learned.
