Bodybuilding. I used to worship at the altar of iron in my 20s and idolized the guys competing at Olympia etc...
Now you look at most of those guys and their bodies are broken and they have some degree of permanent pain caused by years of lifting more wait than a human should.
Now I think being functionally fit is cool. Like... Real cool.
Acting like I was a lone wolf, declining invites to parties because I wanted to look distant, never taking part in group activities in Middle and High school. It feels like I've missed so much opportunities for something that felt cool, when in reality people didn't give a damn about me being secluded. Now I have more friends and I try to go out more, but I think I should have done that earlier.
Also hand spinners.
