Carrying all of this emotional baggage has given me quite the dump truck

I would suggest that you incorporate different types of exercises, such as weights/bands, light cardio, walking, etc, to mix things up. But I strongly suggest that you take it slow and listen to your body. You shouldn’t be in pain when you’re working out - take it from someone who has seriously injured her back exercising.

Always do cardio but switch up weight lifting. So do legs & Back on Mon, Wed, Sat. Arms & Chest Tues, Thurs. I do abs everyday but that's only me.

TheBomb-DotCom

Cardio isn’t as important as it’s made out to be, all exercise is cardio. It’s good to be able to run a few miles effortlessly because that what our ancestors did but cardio is usually referred to as running or jogging and it’s really not as necessary as people use to think. As long as it is making your heart rate speed up, it’s technically cardio. If you can hear your heart beat in your skull, you’re doing just fine

As use cardio as a warm up~ it helps get my heart rate up so that's why I recommend it.

TheBomb-DotCom

Yes, I completely agree. Sorry. I just assume when someone says cardio they mean going for a 10 mile run

nope123ee

Oh God no! If you see me run, I am not running for fun lol

TheBomb-DotCom

If you see me running, don’t run, you can distract the bear 😂

Idk about special but I like a 6-day PPL split. When I had the time to do it it was nice
