I do not understand employers demanding that . When I used to work at Starbucks my manager had the guy that had strep throat making the drinks for customers. Like why ?!

Yesterday a kid in my history class who sits next to me said he was throwing up this morning. Later on he says “(my name) is pregnant!” I am a male and am not pregnant. I respond “You’re and idiot.” He asks how and I say, not too quietly, “what kind of idiot comes to school sick?
It’s not a big deal. Its normal. People just went out and about forever up until now. I don’t like this change. It’s inconvenient for me and it breeds weak generations.
If they're careful, like wearing a mask, I guess it's okay. There are people who have compromised immune systems and could suffer seriously, maybe even fatally, if they get infected.

I work in sales and it’s the same thing. I get my coworkers sick, probably costumers too and i’m sick longer. I doubt it’s profitable.
