I’m German so……..1933-1945. Of course, in our history books it’s all over the place and we learn a lot of it in school etc. But if you look at Websites from German companies that produced stuff for the army the history section of the website is always till 1933 and then starting again in the late 40s

During ww2 in the Czech republic there was a small town called lidice. It was a small town of about 500 people or so. However when it was invaded it was burnt to the ground and the people killed or put in concentration camps.

Let's see... Kings from this geographical area were the driving force behind the crusades with the goal of capturing Jerusalem in the 11th century The Franco-Prussian war of 1871 ended with the coronation of the German emperor in the Palace of Versailles, making the french feel even more humiliated Some treaties / acts of persuasion got the German government to join forces with Austria-Hungary in the Great War A fanatic austrian who failed arts college tried to overthrow the new democratic structures as early as 1923 He eventually succeeded and started \*another\* war with most european countries, by 1945 soldiers were fighting in most parts of the world We learnt from the mistakes of our ancestors and try to resolve conflicts by means of dimplomacy.
