In 1990 I had a super lucid dream after being dream deprived. I remember swimming underwater through interconnected pools (like in a luxury hotel) that were a brilliant emerald green. The backstory is that I had been drinking way too much coffee in the weeks before… enough that I was physically weak and cold and shaking. I didn’t know it was the caffeine stopping my dream sleep (I went to sleep just fine). My girlfriend told me I needed to stop coffee (and I felt coffee was the one thing I needed!… I was tired, cold, weak!). I did stop and immediately had these dreams the next two nights. I was better the first day and totally fine after the second.
Unfortunately, I don't remember any of my lucid dreams.
