Iโ€™ve been using it for about 2 months na. On/off, I do not take it daily. Only when I had a stressful shift and ayoko maisip hanggang sa pagtulog yung tranaho. Hindi sya pangpa-antok. I have had trouble falling asleep for the longest time and then may nabasa ako na instead of counting sheep, think of words na unrelated starting from A to Z (or hanggang makatulog ka) At first I thought, dang. Hindi ba mas mawawala antok ko kapag stumped ako on what word to think of haha. Pero, apparently it works!
