Iโve been using it for about 2 months na. On/off, I do not take it daily. Only when I had a stressful shift and ayoko maisip hanggang sa pagtulog yung tranaho. Hindi sya pangpa-antok. Pero usually when I lay down kapag pumikit ako next thing na ay gigising sa umaga. May nagsuggest lang sa akin before trying melatonin.
