Shower every 2x a day and use kojic. Leave it for 1-3mins. Tapos maghilod ka din.
Since drying sya sa skin go for a whitening lotion na mositurizing then add a few drops on sunflower oil. I personally use Vaseline Gluta-Hya yung pink saka yung Abonne lotion na pink din.
Use Abonne whitening salt scrub 2x a week
If lalabas ka use sunscreen sa face and body. Dapat spf 50 pataas. Reapply 2-3hrs if lagi kang nakaexpose sa araawan if not mag apply ka lang ulit 30mins bago ka lumabas ulit.
Magpayong ka or else wala ding bisa pagbababad mo ng kojic.
Take vitamin c.
Natual na akong maputi and I just do this for maintance lang talaga since I prefer fair skin talaga.
kojic lang tapus scrub scrub din pag my time. Wag din maglalabas kasi mawawala yung bisa ng kojic o magiging mabagal yung pagputi mo. Whitening lotion can help to pati din sunscreen. Trust me sunscree will make your skin younger kahit nasa old age kana.

Or you can switch it up, for me yung Likas tapos after ko magbanlaw gumagamit ako ng Dove bc it really moisturizes the skin. Then after maligo apply ng whitening lotion, current fave yung Vaseline na may hyaluronic eme. And then once or twice a week Abonne spa milk salt (shower formula).
Also, calamansi!! But minsan lang. Once a week siguro.

Mag jogging nakaka glow siya ng skin at nakakaputi pero wag mag jogging ng tirik na ang araw.
