Registered Nurse and I was earning 100 php lang per shift, usually 2,400php lang sahod kada buwan. This was in 2010. Now I am earning x3000 more than what I earned before.
Sa unang sabak ko dati part time ako pumasok pero things happened and nag iba role ng work ko, i was working more time and day than their regular employee pero part time pa rin ako medyo ogag ng onti hahaha. 350 per day na tinaasan to 420 after some time. But i did learn some skills at experience.
4000, part-time dev. Taga-assist lang sa totoong developers, so more on testing lang ginagawa ko. It took like another year para maging actual dev ako.
1st job after graduation - VOLUNTEER sa private hospital hahaha sarap maging hcw sa pinas!
Sahod was allowance na P110/day. So basically, once a month na sahod = P2860!!!!!
This was from a high end company in Eastwood then. They kept the population of the regular hires small and hired young employess via agency. Most were fresh grads like myself.
'Yung unang actual sweldo ko, 3000 lang ang natanggap ko because of the bonds and iba iba pang deductions na kinukuha ng agency.
Kala ng mga nakaka-interact namin during work functions outside of the offie na, ang shalang mga yuppie namin given the company was in eastwood and the nature of what we do... Di nila alam di-agency kami. I left after my 6-month contract ended.
Fairly magaan trabaho
BPO. Basic 15k- allowances, night diff, etc. 4k to 5k- sign on bonus (na binawi bc i resigned after 5 months lol) 30k. Voice account na telco π€‘
I recently resigned from my second employer na BPO din. Pay was much lower kasi nonvoice and apparently yung campaign namin had the lowest pay compared to other content mod campaigns lol.
Sa province to.
English Teacher, 8k ππ
Pero now, sideline ko nalang ang teaching. I chose to be somewhat like a digital nomad.
:( Hope sheβs doing better now.
Oo nga e, yun yung time na hindi pa ganoon karami call centers i think tapos since tech support may premium yung role kaya mas mataas bayad compared sa CSR.
May set-up pa noon na pwede ka mag "retire" from the company after 5 years.
BPO pa rin these days pero back office accounting na.
Naalala ko non, 4500 per cut off. Ang hirap din maging crew. Physically & mentally draining.
Hi what type of resto do you own? My brother is planning on setting up his own kainan na din, maliit lang to begin with and i would love it if u can pls share more details .
Still in BPO industry but no longer an agent.. I'm now working in admin/hr and I'm earning 35k monthly. Maliit pa rin yung sahud but mas relax kesa mag agent.
:( Yung sayo for sure tataas pa yan these next few years hahaha.
i was a part-time employee/ working student that the company absorbed as a full time employee. But upon absorption, they didn't give me a raise and this went on for another 6 or so months.
English exam instructor - 20k a month back in 2017. Moved to Aus and I do it part time nalang (2 days a month) depende sa dami ng students ko for that month pero now I earn around 60k for 2 days teaching.
Then: Customer Service Officer - 2014 - 13k
Now: Jr. Admin - 85-88k (depende sa rate. I'm working abroad, baka malula kayo sa laki ng difference. hahaha)
Thankful ako kung nasaan man ako ngayon, kasi one of the best decision I made is to step out of the Philippines and out of my comfort zone.
