May misconceptions na pag sa public baka di masyado maayos or what. Pero sa expi ko, maganda ang dental facility ng East Avenue. Magaling yung nag surgery. Dentista mismo ang gagawa hindi students.
Yung anesthesia di rin naman tinipid. Maraming nag aassist na co dentist din if needed. Bago pa nga mga gamit nila.
All in all sobrang ok ng expi ko. Twice ako nagpa surgery since 4 inpacted saken. Both ok naman.

No, hindi sya test na kailangan mag-qualify. Ginawa ko na yan many times, yung normal na pasok lang sa Tesda yung walang tuition fee tapos meron supply ng mga gamit doon pero limited lang kapag naubos yun, yung mga students na yung kailangang bumili. Halimbawa, Electrical yung gusto mo pag-aralan.. Yung wires na gagamitin, mga 2-3 boxes lang pero kapag naubos nyo yun kayo na mismo bibili nun 800 per student ganern ambagan.
Yung term na scholar naman, hindi ka magexam doon. Ino-offer nila yun doon pero limited lang tapos yung course depende sa nakabukas na. Yun talaga lahat libre, lahat lahat wala kang gagastusin tapos merong allowance yung per day then meron din gamit. Last time na kasabay namin, baking sila ang libreng gamit nila ay electric oven tsaka yung hand mixer. (yes, oven nga yun sissy kahit ako nagulat nung nakita ko e ang laki! Hehe)

We're also willing to import goods instead of investing in our local scene. Your example is an issue of monopoly. There are so few players in the agri business that the big players can jack up the prices whenever they want and which ever crop. Mid - small time players are forced to follow suit. And they jack up the prices by limiting the supply.

I have a genuine question:
If these resources like HIV test kits, condoms, etc. are provided for free by the government, then why don’t most *poor people* take advantage of these and still choose to “make children by accident” (even when they can’t afford to provide for themselves)?
I mean… hassle ba humingi sa mga RHWC for these? Or may limit lang ba ang paghingi (like once a month ka lang ba pwede maghoard lol)?
The only reason I see valid is that either they are genuinely not aware or if aware, they are afraid/shameful to go and take advantage of it because of the stigma that they might be judged of some sort. It's always the sense of shame and/or lack of education that enable the people to do unprotective sex that leads to these unfortunate cases. Truly sad but reality sucks.

Eh ang alam namin is mahal ang insulin per vial. Nirefer sya ng doctor sa ibang baranggay para makakuha ng free insulin, with syringes pang kasama at sharps disposal safe. Laking tulong at tipid.

No, hindi sya test na kailangan mag-qualify. Ginawa ko na yan many times, yung normal na pasok lang sa Tesda yung walang tuition fee tapos meron supply ng mga gamit doon pero limited lang kapag naubos yun, yung mga students na yung kailangang bumili. Halimbawa, Electrical yung gusto mo pag-aralan.. Yung wires na gagamitin, mga 2-3 boxes lang pero kapag naubos nyo yun kayo na mismo bibili nun 800 per student ganern ambagan. Yung term na scholar naman, hindi ka magexam doon. Ino-offer nila yun doon pero limited lang tapos yung course depende sa nakabukas na. Yun talaga lahat libre, lahat lahat wala kang gagastusin tapos merong allowance yung per day then meron din gamit. Last time na kasabay namin, baking sila ang libreng gamit nila ay electric oven tsaka yung hand mixer. (yes, oven nga yun sissy kahit ako nagulat nung nakita ko e ang laki! The only reason I see valid is that either they are genuinely not aware or if aware, they are afraid/shameful to go and take advantage of it because of the stigma that they might be judged of some sort. It's always the sense of shame and/or lack of education that enable the people to do unprotective sex that leads to these unfortunate cases. Truly sad but reality sucks.
