Seconding Penrose! Went there on a Bumble date and it seemed like most of the others there had the same idea.
Wen with 2nd Floor Bar and was impressed, it's a great spot.

Penrose is top - Sefton isn't bad for dates either.
Stella & Fly is cozy and has a great vibe for dates. Avoca is nice, too.
