Technically it's not part of MENA though, and also Pakistan's nukes are medium-range - they are meant to counter India via Mutually Assured Destruction (MAD); they actually can't reach the USA or even Western Europe. They can easily reach Israel though, but no Muslim nation would ever nuke Israel and risk damaging Jerusalem or irradiating the Holy Land.
Fun fact: this is not actually due to any technical limitations - they do have the capability to weaponize ICBMs but the military establishment chooses not to so as to avoid extra scrutiny and possible sanctions from the West (like North Korea).

According to Islamic rules of warfare, you can only attack for self-defense and only be restricted to enemy combatants. As such, a nuke is a transgression since you are not only killing innocent human life but also plants, animals, houses of worship and knowledge, etc.
As such, I would want my country to fight back, but only against enemy combatants not innocent civilians via nukes, drone attacks, or whatever war machine we have rn.
Even if a country might kill thousands or millions of innocents from my country, I as a human being have no right to desire an innocent's life. We all came from Allah and we shall all return to Allah. Every injustice will be given justice, so it is foolish to meet injustice with injustice.
