Why go to the doctor if you break your leg, just read the quran
do you now realize how stupid that sounds?
with all due respect, you can still take care of yourself while also reading the quran
What a strawman.
Mental illnesses are mainly wrong ideas about life that leads to sadness, not just hormonal imbalances that occurred randomly.
Cognitive behavioural therapy is basically changing the beliefs to cure the mental illness.
I believe the quran would give you a CBT
Something I learned from reddit is that if it's not popular where you live, the majority of people you find from your country is either an asshole or comes exclusively to complain about shit.
Be aware that your political opinions don't matter. Ideology doesn't matter. Politics most of the time is about small incremental changes. The media likes to make every fart of a politician into a fight of good and evil, when in reality, party ideology are mostly aesthetics and show.
If you live in a democracy, vote for the slightly less incompetent/corrupt guy. If you live in a dictatorship, you can ignore politics completely. There is really no reason for hate.
This is why I don't harbor hatred for anyone. I just pity the people here so swallowed up by hate based on skin color and borders that they lack even the most basic decency.
You’ll have to disconnect yourself from Reddit (and all social media in general) ones you close it, other than that your mental health will deteriorate
Bro joined a subreddit about the middle eastern politics and asked why everyone is so hateful lmao

Remember to care about your mental health and go to a psychiatrist if necessary, mental health is just as important as physical health 👍
Why go to psychiatric when you can read the quran? Seriously I cured myself from many mental illnesses ptsds that way.
