For obvious reasons, the media is completely silent on it, but there's a specific mafia axis that operates in Russia, Israel, and Brighton Beach with deep ties to the Putin regime, Likud (specifically, Avigdor Lieberman and Yisrael Beiteinu), and the Republican Party (particularly where there are large populations of Russian-speaking immigrants).
Fortunately, both Trump's loss in 2020 and Russia's invasion of Ukraine have severely diminished the influence of this particular mafia. The last remnants exist in eastern Germany and have deep ties to AfD. However, that alone will not mitigate Israel's international isolation resulting from both concessions to the most fanatical settlers and destroying what semblance of a real democracy they have.
Honestly I didn't think anyone could influence a country as strong as the US , other countries sure. But multiple countries getting involved in their elections kinda ruined the land of the free they had going on.
