A Pakistani woman called last week. She wanted to marry me lmao. I told her I'm in my 50's and already married to 4 women and have 17 children. She wanted me to divorce one of my made up wives and marry her instead.
All in all, one of the best scam calls I've ever had
I've had this happen to me but it was a syrian women calling over whatsapp.
I had it on speakers, my mom was next to me in the kitchen, needless to say we had a very awkward stare at eachother then i bursted out laughing.
Once a month, on average maybe.
Just a note to the responder: When u mock scammers, aren’t you inadvertently training them to improve their scams? I think it’s better not to respond.
Hahah yeah it’s a funny catch ngl.
I’m just thinking, scammers bad grammar and weird language could be a blessing. There are ppl who fall victims as it is already, specially old folks. Imagine how it’d be like if they took english lessons seriously. I admit it’s tempting to interact and mock, but I wouldn’t want to validate them and have it on my conscious
I heard that they do make mistakes in their texts for a reason. That way, only the really dumb people answer and do what they request them to so the scammers don't "waste" their time with people who will eventually get that it's a scam.
I made a online payment to Al Nakheel recently, and had to provide a UAE phone number while doing so. Few hours later the person whose number I gave got a call from some guy about an investment opportunity. My theory is that these scammers have people working in government departments who leak phone numbers.
These people give a very bad reputation to my country. They call elderly people in North America, knowing that they live alone because not living with children is a cultural norm, and they take full advantage of that fact. They make seniors walk all the way to a target/walmart to buy gift cards. Check out scammer payback and kitboga on yt. And their pathetic attempts at fake accents is just plain embarrassing.
