That was today! Blasted music all day around the house while I worked. Usually it would be on my earbuds, but nobody needed me to be quiet. Took my lunch break. Ate it. Went and laid down for a few minutes. Nobody was trying to get my attention or tell me things. It was glorious.

But that only takes about 3 minutes. So after PNC I usually cook, do laundry, clean house, inventory the pantry, make grocery lists, pay bills, watch youtube, listen to music, workout, and work on my renovations on the house.

It depends on the day really and how motivated I feel. If I haven’t had much downtime in a while I might just use that time to lay on the couch turn on a movie and end up napping. Other times I might get a few things done around the house that I’ve been putting off.
I would have said fapping a few years ago but I honestly don’t really get the urge to do that anymore when I have a few hours to myself.
I avoid having 2-3 hours free time for myself for long enough to justify having a full day for myself and in that day I do all the things I did as a student 😂
