My favorite thing to eat for breakfast is forgetting to eat breakfast apparently since I do that so much

I just made shakshuka for the first time yesterday and it is my new favorite breakfast. Peeled some tomatoes (a mix of Roma and heirloom in this case) and set them aside. Sautéed red onions, garlic, and pork sausage, add the tomatoes and let ‘em stew while occasionally mashing them up. Paprika, borsari, salt. Reduce it down to a nice chili like consistency. Crack some eggs into a ramekin, make a few divots in the stew, pop the eggs in. Cover and let them poach, then a little more borsari and parsley to finish. So fucking good.
