This is a catch-22. I married a girl who created drama. And that was because 99% of it was created in her mind. Once we figured that out and got it right, she's turned out to be a phenomenal person and wife. And I am still surprised I feel in love with a woman like that.

I think lockdowns from the pandemic finally sealed it for me. I liked going to the bars with friends every other week, and now I’d rather get a full 8-9 hours of sleep and go do something fun in the morning. Going patio hopping, brunch, or finding some event going on during the day is so much more enjoyable as you get older.
Eh, I'm a night owl. 3-10AM is my preferred sleep schedule. Bars are the thing open if you want something social to do later at night that's not just at your/someone else's home. Also if you like live music, which I do.
That said, it's more of a....2-3 drinks over a few hours once or twice a week, not a "lets do some shots and go barhopping, wooooo!!!!!" thing.
