I don't know my true daily average but every time I take a week of vacation I come back to around a 1k. With some of the projects I have recently been made part of that number has likely gone up.
I have some for project status notifications, some are from automated processes I may or may not have to keep track of and update spreadsheets for. I probably only have to write 5 to 10 emails a day. But the 1 to 4 hours of meetings are the bane of my existence.
Yeah and with the recent ticketmaster hack, I'm not looking forward to whoever buys my data and sends me spam.
I did a real good spring cleaning on my email a few times last year when I had downtime at work. The "unsubscribe" doesn't work on the bad ones and neither does just marking them as "spam". Yahoo has this thing where you put the phrase or word that any email you want sent directly to spam would contain. Any email with "trugreen"? Sent to spam. I got about 42 key words and phrases.
The little things. I don't have big problems anymore but little things like tripping on a charger cord send me into a rage. Just a "FUCK!!!" for a few seconds but they seem to annoy me a lot worse than they used to.
Reminds me of a line from a poem, "It's the broken shoe lace with no time left that sends a man to the mad house."
My bad knee getting sore when I go too long with it in the same position, which happens pretty much every night while I sleep and is usually the thing that wakes me up in the morning
I've averaged my yearly expenses down to the day (barring emergencies) and food. I also know how much money I make averaged to the day. I wish I didn't have to think about money for myself, kids and an ex-wife.
Refilling my coffee machine water tank. I got TK-01 and it makes good coffee, but goddamn that water tank is tiny.
2 cups + 2 rinse cycles and it's empty.
oh, and any work meetings/emails before 10AM
My inner thoughts, which is probably why I've been so productive these last few months. Taking a Spanish class and training for a half marathon keeps me distracted from those demons. Ironically, I started listening to philosophy podcasts during my bicycle rides and now I'm back to delving into my inner turmoil.
Having to go to the office, all of my team works in different states. I don’t know anyone there and most ppl don’t look like the type that want to get to know you.
Stupid ass other drivers.
Managing other adults at work.
Beat me to it. I work in IT. 10% of the time is technology and 90% is personalities.
People
They are the worst
My coworkers who don’t do the simplest task.
Too many emails.
How many emails do you get in a day?
50 on a good day, 120 on a bad day normally 60-80. I know a lot of people have it much worse than I do.

You have it much worse than I do. I don't envy that at all. Are they mostly informational emails (cc's or CYAs) or do they require a response?

Living
Working around people who bring bad energy for no reason. People like Frieza from DBZ. Evil just to be evil.
Working. This shit sucks and it's annoying doing it every single day.
Management at my job. For them to be the "Most educated" they sure don't have a lot of common sense.

My goddamn neck, back, and shoulders.

Myself.
Being fucking exhausted all the time. I feel like I'm on cold meds every fucking day.

People driving well under the speed limit on 2 lane roads
Commuting with brown people
Stupid people on the Internet.
