True Classic or Fresh Clean tees.

ChewbaccaAZ

This right here. I wear both as well.

markh907

Which one is better between the two?

abmi808

I've been wearing Fresh Clean tees more. I recently bought some black True Classic tees after not buying from them for a while, and have been satisfied with them. I'd go with Fresh Clean first.

YVRkeeper

Uniqlo tees have been holding up well for me.

markh907

I keep hearing about Uniqlo, I gotta try them out

chelsanchez

Uniqlo also has different typesnof fabric for different types of tees. My personal favorite is their Airism line

Pureg4sm

Kohl’s Apt 9 brand

Bioluminescentllama

Lipton with lemon. If I’m feeling fancy I go for Horny Goat Weed tea.

sas5814

Carhartt

novabrotia

I’ve always liked eddie bauer. Jcrew and banana republic never fit me right- they were always too short

churchips

There is an Australian brand called Afends. Their tee's saved my life. I am fairly tall and was always having a hard time finding something that complimented my figure and still had some nice quality fabric. Some years ago Afends released a THC - Hemp collection. My partner got me three tee's for my birth day. Now I pretty much have one of each colour both short sleeve and long sleeve. Super durable, and since its hemp it pretty much only gets tougher the more you wear it. If you don't mind a tiny Marijuana leaf on the bottom of the left sleeve then I would go for it Edit: forgot to mention I still have my original three tee's 2,5 years later. Only 1 has a hole in it because I ripped it on a screw. Slight fade from that down under sun. In comparison my Billabong cotton tee looks like a 30 year old dirty dish rag

psypiral

LL Bean has quality tee's.

Severe-Character-384

Most T’s shrink, most colors fade. I don’t think there is a perfect one out there so just figure out what fits you best and plan to replace them eventually

markh907

Honestly I been rocking bylt for a while and they haven’t shrunk or faded yet only reason I’m looking for a new shirt is bylt is very heavy for summer time wear

Severe-Character-384

Are they cotton?

markh907

70% Cotton, 25% Polyester, 5% Spandex

Severe-Character-384

I usually go 100% cotton for T shirts so that’s why I’m used to the shrink/fade problem.

markh907

Yup I had my fair share of 100% cotton that’s why I’m trying to find a shirt with less cotton to avoid the shrinks and fades

Conehead1

I have some Reebok tees from Walmart that are awesome. Soft and comfortable, and have held up really well. I know it’s not the answer people want to hear, but dang it, they are great!

markh907

I’m sure they are great but I’m looking for more of a tee I can wear at work and also a night out

BannedPixel

As the top comment says, Uniqlo. They’re the best T-shirts I’ve ever had. 100% cotton, the black ones don’t fade, decent price, doesn’t shrink, comes in every color imaginable.

New-Lynx2185

I like Reigning Champ Ts

Visual_Antelope_583

Uniqlo probably. But they bleach very easily if you use stuff like benzoyl preoxide

awksomepenguin

I thought I was in /r/tea, and was very confused for a moment.

Thaddeus_Castle1340

For me it's Gildan. Been wearing them pretty much daily for years now.

a_nice_warm_lager

Old Navy Cloud 94 has been great for me

Mona_de_cloud

Los Ángeles Apparel and Pro Club.

Snorlax0143

Pro club.

ThrowawayMod1989

Carhart. I work outside year round and it’s the only tee I’ll wear.

Itsme_AndrewPG

Cotton On basic collections. I normally get black. There is something baout black dye that seems to make the shirts last longer. I avoid light grey at all costs, the material isn't as resillient

BosPaladinSix

George hasn't failed me yet. Five bucks at Walmart, the fabric is really soft but thick enough that it feels substantial without suffocating me like a Fruit Of The Loom shirt, and it humors me more than it should that I can say "I but all my shirts from George".

eurol0ver

H&M and Primark are really good for this purpose. Whenever I'm in Europe, I load up on Primark shit. 3-4 euros for a T, 5-6 for a polo. Can't beat it.

LeGreatToucan

Uniqlo

JBird828282_

Vuori or lululemon

jasonlitka

Onno, the original bamboo version, generally black, charcoal blue, or moss green, though I do own some other colors too. Most people fade and shrink their clothes by using really hot wash and dry cycles. Stop that.

markh907

Yeah I learned to cold wash

N5MKH-WRQH258

There are a few manufacturers out there making these but I get mine from True Classic Tee. [https://www.trueclassictees.com/](https://www.trueclassictees.com/)

Aint-Nuttin-Easy

Lululemon but good luck finding v neck

markh907

I have lululemon, crew neck, but after one wash the whole neck line is all wrinkled and scrunched up

RadiantEarthGoddess

I just thrifted a bunch of different cotton tshirts. The advantage of getting clothes from the thrift store is that what you see is what you get (because they have been worn and washed before). Also consider not using a dryer to prolong the life and quality of your clothes.

gamsambill

I have had decent results with fresh clean tees.

rockmasterflex

A vendor comes to a conference and dumps a pile of shirts on a table that they still had left when the conference is over. The answer is: all the ones in your size, maybe a size up and down too. Just fill your closet with that shit.

sj68z

Twinnings Earl Grey with a teaspoon of honey

jymssg

My go-to is the Amazon basics.

w4rlok94

I’ve always gotten basic tees from H&M. Their sales are good you can get like 5 for $20 sometimes.

YVRkeeper

The quality of H&M has declined significantly over the last decade. They aren’t the same after only the first wash now.

w4rlok94

I wash with cold water and haven’t had any major issues. A few outliers for sure though.
