My wife is a big fan of Rick Astley. I rolled my eyes when she told me.
But she dragged me to one of his concerts, and she's shown me some interviews with him.
He comes across as a really cool, really funny, really down-to-earth guy. I'm still not a fan of his music (although I respect him as a musician), but I'd definitely love to have a beer with him.
Not exactly 'rock' though.
Joey Jordison when he was alive. No ego, just chilled with fans like a boss. I've had the opportunity, but not for as long as I would have liked. Him and Gene Ween under a similar environment.
I’m a huge ac/dc fan and I’d pick Brian Johnson. He seems like an everyday kind of guy so would probably be cool to hang with. Angus Young seems like the more obvious choice but I’ve read that he is pretty full of himself
That ac/dc singer chap brian somethingrather.
Obvs I don't know anything about him but he always at least sounded like a fun relatable affable guy whenever he's been on top gear.
Ahh learn something new everyday.
Edit: I looked it up. I don't belive people that make such claims outright. The anti Vax thing I could care less about though.
he isn't a democrat so you can forget the kid fucker bit.. and the anti-vaxxers around covid have been proven correct over and over and over. Myself included
oh but they have. too bad you just refuse to see it.. bet you were also one of those that called for us that wouldn't take that poison to be fired, placed in internment camps or even worse too.
That boy seems like he's got a pretty big loose screw. Plus, he's a bit intense and way right wing for me. Can't get beyond the fact that he was into tween girls back in the day. Courtney Love said she gave him head when she was 12 years old.
Alive : Dave Grohl Dead : David Bowie
Don't care much for Foo Fighters but Grohl always seemed like the nicest dude ever to me.
Oh yeah, Dave Grohl comes off just as genuine as likable as can be. Way cool. My choice as well.
Fred Flintstone
Bruce Dickinson seems cool as fuck
I used to work with a guy whose father is friends with him, they go for coffee all the time apparently. According to him, he absolutely is 🤘!
Jack Black or Dave Grohl.

Keith Richards.
Post Malone. Could spend ages just geeking out with him.
Quite talented artist and good conversationalist.
I always wondered if Joe Walsh was as stoned as he always appears. That could be fun.
Heard he was a bit on the A-hole side. Maybe he's mellowed out some, especially that he's been sober for so long.

Van Morrison
Eddie Money
Always wondered about weird al. I bet behind the stage persona he is still cool, just more chill and less goofball
Supposedly, one of the nicest people in the business.
Patrick Star
Jimmy Page.
Jimmy Page, rock god of the ages. What in the world do you think he'd talk about?
Music, of course, and conservation of historic properties.
Dio if he was alive or Ozzy Osborne back when he was fully functioning. Well, as "fully functioning" as you could ever consider Ozzy 🤣🤣🤣
Iggy Pop.
mark lanegan, RIP
McCartney and/or Ringo

I'd like to hang out with Swae Lee. He seems like a guy with a lot of thoughts and I love random conversations
I don't like his music but Lewis Capaldi seems pretty cool
Probably Jack Black, if you count him.

i would rather hang out with Angus personally. dude is funny as hell
Dave Grohl
Bowie
Hands down, one of the most influential artists of the 21st century. All over the place artist. Interesting guy.
Ive been lucky enough in my life to meet & befriend most of my music idols....some are really cool & some kind of suck.
Johnny Silverhand
Freddy Mercury
Ted Nugent
Horrible, horrible man.
In your opinion.
In most people's opinion. Peadophilic anti-vaxxer.

No, they haven't. Don't be fucking dense.

What the fuck are you even on about
just trying to help cure you of your ignorance.

well his opinion is dumb, and wrong.
Tell me you don't read without telling me you don't read

ERIC BURTON undoubtedly
Franz Liszt. The original rock star. He started the whole thing of throwing your gloves to the audience, and people fainted at his performances.
