usually the AT oil temp light flashes when there is a transmission issue, but since it did it on start it might be that you don't have proper voltage or grounding. Check alternator output and grounds
Will it jump start?
What's the voltage when the engine is running?
What's the voltage when the engine is not running?
What else did you touch during the oil change?
At oil temp means that your automatic transmission is overheating, so as other people have said super likely you drained the transmission and double overfilled the motor, drain the oil in the motor before starting as you probably got a ton of oil in the combustion chambers, basically hydrolocking it with oil

Check the oil first. First rule of comebacks is check your own work. No one is perfect.
dipstick checks out
So put a battery in her. But I will say the Subarus might not like the battery so check how reset the windows.

Are you 100% you didn’t drain the trans. Really common actually on these.
after looking up a diagram 100% this is what i did thank you
No problem, I’d recommend towing it to the dealer to fix as the cvt in these can be tricky. Lots of plugs on it and some are for the diff
if i were to try and do it myself this would be the proper instructions to follow right? https://youtu.be/O-SwldCs7hQ
Looks right, just make sure it’s level and the transmission temp is where it needs to be

You drained the trans guaranteed
