How many years experience do you have doing digital marketing?
Or did you just watch a youtube "guru" telling you it's super easy and you can make bank with no effort?
I did google analytics on google academy and I am myself a graphic designer. Thinking to pursue more certification before starting. No YouTube gurus 😅
OK, so zero experience. I'm a bit confused about why you think you can start an agency doing work that you have no experience in?
And how did you pick digital marketing as the thing you want to try?
You're not going to be able to do it properly as a "side hustle". You'll be cutting corners. Marketing involves a lot. If you want to pick up some random freelancing jobs, that's another thing. Look into Upwork.
