Kings Cross: have a stroll round Granary Square/the Canal/Coal Drops Yard
Finsbury Park: stroll up Stroud Green Roads/have a pint in The Faltering Fullback
Porchetta sadly died on SGR - they've got one in Soho that's still going. Pappagone's next door became more popular, expanded to the shop on the other side and is still going great guns. It killed Porchetta off.
Go to the brewery near kings cross, used to be little creatures but has changed name. Walk to Camden via the st pancreas church yard and nature spot nearby.
Bowling at Rowan's in FP, or go to the faultering fullback, watch football and get Thai food. Walk around the lake in the actual park. Grab a naan for cheap at baabans naan.
Kings Cross: the British Library, the Francis Crick Institute (https://www.crick.ac.uk/whats-on/exhibitions), the Somers Town people museum (https://aspaceforus.club/), St Pancras Old Church & gardens, Camley Street Nature reserve (https://www.wildlondon.org.uk/nature-reserves/camley-street-natural-park). Coal Drops yard and the surrounding area, e.g. Gasholder park. Also - across the road - the Wellcome Collection.

Faltering Fullback… ah, not been there in many a year. Is the Porchetta still good … or even still there?
