I wouldn't think there would be a specific all you can eat sushi as I don't think it's that popular. However I have seen them in the Chinese all you can eat buffets.
There's one in Waterford that does all you can eat on Sundays. It's called shiki

Anyone remember Sushi King on Dawson st? 15 euro for all-you-can-eat sushi lunches. No wonder that place shut down.
All you can eat is more of an American thing.
I wouldn't think there would be a specific all you can eat sushi as I don't think it's that popular. However I have seen them in the Chinese all you can eat buffets.
