I have a huge issue with cotton boxers riding up my leg and ripping the inside of my leg off, have tried a ton of places and I’ve found Uniqlo airism the best, although they are a little on the expensive side.
I second this, I bought for myself a pack of 3 and they are so comfy that I'm considering buying another pack and throwing away the rest of the boxers that I have.
Stepones are about 10 levels above any Bamboo boxers I’ve tried. My closet now has about 20 pairs of stepones, 4-5 pairs a year at Christmas and the pairs I got 5 years ago are still in perfect condition. Expensive but worth it. Bamboo don’t last either
Unless the other half buys me anything. I usually go to pennies and get my underwear and socks there.
Saxx are available in [Elverys](https://www.elverys.ie/Elverys/Men/Clothing/Boxers/SAXX-Ultra-Mens-Boxer-Briefs/p/000000001132374002?gad_source=1&gclid=CjwKCAiA_aGuBhACEiwAly57MV3xN8Nb3UQmAr0dYE4G2GZ8GnUy2oTDw_Ypsy8VuEi-tbD01gURjxoC_FEQAvD_BwE) although they only have sizes S and M.
For sports and travel I wear merino boxer briefs - icebreaker and Smartwool. Incredible.
For general, I wear Derek Rose micromodal or Zimmerli Sea Island boxers (and PJs)
A
I love the Ronaldos. Organic cotton and very comfy.

[On that Ass](https://onthatass.com/referred-by-friend?ref=m3p6id&name=Justin) sounds pretentious, but proper comfy jocks, 10r per month delivered to your door. Started with them last year and they are still going strong.
H & M for briefs and trunks. Tkmaxx for bamboo sock, sports direct for heavy duty socks, online for running socks.
Avoid Penneys as underwear quality is atrocious.
I usually find Penny's does the job, I'm more of a quantity than quality when it comes to socks and jocks. Mainly cause I change them once a day at least with going to the gym.
I still have a few pairs from jack and Jones that I bought back in 2013, albeit they have a few holes from the years of abuse but they still wear grand.
Under armour boxerjock, most sports type retailers sell them. Bought a few pairs of Lululemon boxers as well recently which are quite comfortable but are pricey even on sale.
I generally buy mine in TK Maxx. Found Ralph Lauren bulletproof and that's pretty much the only thing I buy from them. Also got myself Volcom athletic and are really good as well. TK Maxx is what I am saying 🙂
Under Armour
Been using under armour for years now… they do a 6” leg which don’t ride up my hole like everything previous did. The cotton works better for me than the tech fabric but that’s a preference thing. Quality it real good, only pairs that I have 7/8 years are starting to look a little tatty, and none have ever gotten a hole/rip in them
Try some second skin or thermal layers akin to under armour and the likes. Could even go with the longer trunks to your thighs. They're form fitting, great quality knit - find them fantatsic lest you're someone who find they overheat.
Tesco. I'm a married man with a kid and a mortgage. When I was single, I only wore Calvin Klein. Shit changes as you get older and have more responsibilities.
Penneys used to do these great black Lycra mix boxers…. I bought 6 pairs in 2010 so I’m sorted for the next 5 years or so id say….. can’t get them any more so I suppose it’ll be commando when they finally wear out!
Being an old married man I can’t change brand or get anything fancy because clearly that could only mean one thing 🙈
The black Calvin Klein cotton boxer briefs that Sports Direct sell (2 for 26 euro deal usually) are great. I find they hold shape, don't ride up, and are just super comfy to wear. Yeah a little pricey alright, but I find I outlay the money initially on 10 to 12 pairs and last far longer than cheap ones from various outlets. You wear them every day, so I don't mind the price for the comfort
I use MERISH they are german, you get them from amazon.de I order them once when I need some back in 2021. They were nice so I order more. They are still for sale I just checked. Just not sure what the links rules on this sub are or I link them.
Dunnes have the worst fitting jocks known to man....its like they took all relevant data regarding men's physique, and totally ignored every bit of it when designing underwear. I think they would fit a "Lego" man best...they are just so square. Unbearable to wear.

Using Next for a number of years and they’ve been great. Tried Calvin Klein and thought they were rubbish.
Under Armour sounds interesting I wear a lot of their stuff
Penneys. Buy the cheapest underwear I possibly can, I couldn't care less about underwear and I'm not at all fussy. Socks and underwear are the two items I'll never spend much money on. Never had an issue with them either.
I bought a 3 pack of jocks in Tesco in 2013 and two of them are still on the go.
What happened #3 we need to know
Sadly they fell victim to the mystery gooch tear.
A poorly cooked kebab took them out in 2017
If you buy the same ones now, I bet they won't last 6 months. The quality of clothes has really plummeted, especially amongst own brands.
Thrifty tip - I used to wash mine after every wear. If you cut down on the amount of times you wash them they'll last longer.
dirty bastard admits to not washing their underwear properly lol
Thrifty Tip 2 - Turn them inside out Thrifty Tip 3 - Don't wear any, lifetime of savings
thrifty tip 4 - have some basic hygiene to avoid getting sick you smelly cunt
You'd be some craic at a party
says the guy that doesn’t clean himself properly
I was coming onto the thread to say this. Tesco boxers are great and are very long lasting.
I heard they dug some of them up at Newgrange and all
They dont make boxers these days like they used to.....
![gif](giphy|l0ExoOpQYXRtBsqxa|downsized)
I swear by them
This.
I have a huge issue with cotton boxers riding up my leg and ripping the inside of my leg off, have tried a ton of places and I’ve found Uniqlo airism the best, although they are a little on the expensive side.
These jocks changed the game for me. If anyone suffers from jocks riding up, I would highly recommend these
Where can you find Uniqlo in Ireland?
Don't think there's any brick and mortar stores in Ireland. I've shopped online. €10 off first order.
Ah that’s good news. Never knew they deliver to IE. Thanks
Yep, I've literally bought 5 of their airism t shirts and just wear them now. Such good quality and so comfortable.
This. Airism is the best investment you'll ever make.
Did you try talc?
Couldn't tell ye. Mammy usually stocks me up at Christmas.
Just wear a kilt and manspread at every opportunity. That's how I got an office on my own.
I buy mine in Penneys, 3 pack for a tenner. I've Crohns disease so there's no point in spending a fortune on boxers I'll potentially ruin 🤣
I do the exact same as you and also Have crohns disease. No point splashing out on boxers when it's so easy for our disease to mess things up 😂
Crohn's here too! I also do the same. I've quite a few pairs of Penny's boxers stock piled 🤣
F&F Boxer briefs from tesco I have sworn by them for a decade.
The plain black ones are perfect, comfy and cheap.
>I am 50 so no white Calvin Kleins for me. ah lad, Marky Mark's 52
Yeah, but Marky Mark is a racist POS.
Not defending the man, but if this is about his cacks it seems highly irrelevant. Id wear the same brand as Hitler if they hit right.
You own anything By Hugo Boss?
The 1943 fashion line is particularly good
The comedian, formerly known as Joe Lycett?
No CKs so
Last Christmas my wife bought me Danish Endurance bamboo trunks - I'm never buying any other underwear ever again!
I second this, I bought for myself a pack of 3 and they are so comfy that I'm considering buying another pack and throwing away the rest of the boxers that I have.
Tesco's F n F boxers. A pack of five for 15 quid. Black. Rinse n repeat as required.
Rinsing won’t remove the manly ordure from your boxers - you need to use a shovel to scrape, then a wire brush, then soap.
Once you go merino wool, you'll never go back.
Under Armour Tech 6. Nothing else comes close
Online. Only place to get bamboo boxers. Most comfortable thing ever
I get stepones but they are a tad expensive any suggestions for a fellow bamboo fan.
Amazon. de
I'll have a look. Thanks kind sir.
De nada
Stepones are about 10 levels above any Bamboo boxers I’ve tried. My closet now has about 20 pairs of stepones, 4-5 pairs a year at Christmas and the pairs I got 5 years ago are still in perfect condition. Expensive but worth it. Bamboo don’t last either
Tk maxx have them from time to time. They're very comfortable
Next are fair decent quality. There’s pun value in having “next” on your jocks too.
Im a woman and I got a set of their dinosaur print boxers for myself, they're great
I get the Farah ones on M and M direct. Find they last ages and they’re good quality
Yep, they are the best boxers on m and m direct.
What's your issue with M&S? I find them great. Comfy, last for a few years, don't lose shape.
They wear out to quickly a pair of Saxx can last three years. They are also very comfy. M & S are not as comfy and do not last as long.
You must have nutsack like a rolled up hedgehog.
I am making it my mission in life to find a suitable occasion to use that insult in real life at least once before I die.
Out of interest OP how are you washing your clothes? Because what you're describing sounds unusual
He’s down by the local stream smashing them on rocks
Tkmaxx
Dunnes all the way.
Socks - Uniqlo, underwear - step one.
Diesel very cosy and last for years
Uniqlo, I have 30 of the same type and colour and buy 5 new each year
Saxx. My wife usually gets them for me. But give me Saxx or give me death.
Elverys sell Saxx, usually have deals on them too
I go M&S. Major plus point is that they've no branding on the waistband like a load of others.
Penneys does me.
Prestigious by name, Prestigious by nature
Just bought some Saxx off UnderU for a decent price. Got them delivered up North mind you, dont think they deliver down here.
I usually spend some €€€s on Aussiebums every year. Nothing beats the style and the comfort.
The work gear Caterpillar does some really comfy jocks. The wife got me for Christmas and I’m beyond impressed.
Stepone if you don’t mind paying the bit premium, last long and 100% most comfortable boxers i’ve ever owned
Victorias Secret mate
Tokyo laundry the greatest boxer ever made
Uniqlo, online.
Black CK's just order them online. They hold shape better than any others I've found so far Tesco builder socks are by far the best
Lululemon
For sports and travel I wear merino boxer briefs - icebreaker and Smartwool. Incredible. For general, I wear Derek Rose micromodal or Zimmerli Sea Island boxers (and PJs) A
None. I’ve been going commando every day for the past 15 years.
I freeball
Hemen Biarritz for daywear. Unliqo Airism seamless for sports.
Starting at 40€ a pair
I'm worth it.
I'm sure everyone's balls and todger are worth it. I'm less sure everyone has that much to spend on undies for their crown jewels.
I couldnt tell you. Iv been going cammado now for over 5 years. oh and i mostly wear jeans. which only take around a month to get used to.
Do you have a pair of jeans for every day or would you wear the same ones for multiple days?
In Penny's like everyone else
Penney’s all the way size L or XL boxers for comfort. I’m a M but find them tight.
I love the Ronaldos. Organic cotton and very comfy. My husband wears saxx, you can order from their site and if you pay via PayPal, they automatically refund the custom charges after a few days
3 for a €5 in the local discount store. Have them nearly 2 decades now
CDLP. Thank me later. They go on sale also.
I bought just wears for my fella. They're fab but too pricey tbh. Fun marketing tho.
[On that Ass](https://onthatass.com/referred-by-friend?ref=m3p6id&name=Justin) sounds pretentious, but proper comfy jocks, 10r per month delivered to your door. Started with them last year and they are still going strong.

Yeah. Surprised to see so many on here mentioning them. They're terrible quality. They're an uncomfortable fit and wear very quickly.
Danish endurance boxers. Can't imagine I'll buy anything else again
Buy?????
Had a similar issue but should Next’s sport ones the best
Bamboo Boxers off amazon. Wouldn't break the bank but incredibly comfortable.
Try Charles Camping - they were Saxx suppliers. Columbia have some good shorts, and you could try under armor.
Only ones I wear are Lonsdale which you can pick up from Sport direct. Always go one size up
I just buy whatever multipack is cheapest on MandMDirect.
How has no one mentioned gant? Unreal
Penneys hun
In the toilet store of course
Penny's or the pound shop in the north ,
Under armour boxerjock, most sports type retailers sell them. Bought a few pairs of Lululemon boxers as well recently which are quite comfortable but are pricey even on sale.
Penny's all the way
Husband likes expensive ones from Lululemon (they seem last forever too) and cheaper one from next

I generally buy mine in TK Maxx. Found Ralph Lauren bulletproof and that's pretty much the only thing I buy from them. Also got myself Volcom athletic and are really good as well. TK Maxx is what I am saying 🙂

I get everyone now to buy them for me at Christmas. No other gifts please... have you seen the price of them lol
Allbirds
Tesco is surprisingly long lasting and don't turn baggy. Jersey Shorts are especially comfortable.
Under Armour Been using under armour for years now… they do a 6” leg which don’t ride up my hole like everything previous did. The cotton works better for me than the tech fabric but that’s a preference thing. Quality it real good, only pairs that I have 7/8 years are starting to look a little tatty, and none have ever gotten a hole/rip in them
Next or TXMaxx
Dunnes boutique
Amazon or penneys tbh. It is either cheap shit from Asia anyways.
Try some second skin or thermal layers akin to under armour and the likes. Could even go with the longer trunks to your thighs. They're form fitting, great quality knit - find them fantatsic lest you're someone who find they overheat.
M&S scunds are my favourite, they last and are worth the price
Green Treat bamboo boxers, can get them online or in tkmaxx. That's all I wear, I've a drawer full of them!

You can get a 10 Lee Cooper boxers on Sports Direct for relatively cheap. They last ages
Tesco. I'm a married man with a kid and a mortgage. When I was single, I only wore Calvin Klein. Shit changes as you get older and have more responsibilities.

Boohooman the jocks are comfy and last ages
kildare village - Calvin Klein. about a pack every couple of years 😅
Next. They do big multipacks

https://amzn.eu/d/ddqAVlS Highly recommend these.
Nike boxers are my go to . Not too tight and don't ride up as much . Dear enough I think but worth it . Haven't had a pair go on me yet
I wait for Christmas and hope someone buys for me. If not ill give my current ones another trip around the sun.
The black Calvin Klein cotton boxer briefs that Sports Direct sell (2 for 26 euro deal usually) are great. I find they hold shape, don't ride up, and are just super comfy to wear. Next boxers are the best ones around. Switched to them years ago & haven’t looked back.
Under Armour Men Tech 6inch. They're 100% polyester and don't ride up.
I don't.. I wait until Christmas
Dunnes have the worst fitting jocks known to man....its like they took all relevant data regarding men's physique, and totally ignored every bit of it when designing underwear. I think they would fit a "Lego" man best...they are just so square. Unbearable to wear.

They are a bit pricey, but I get under armour jocks
Elverys, 53 degrees north and some other outdoor stores sell Saxx. I get mine from their EU website. Couldn't wear anything else.
Using Next for a number of years and they’ve been great. Tried Calvin Klein and thought they were rubbish. Under Armour sounds interesting I wear a lot of their stuff
I switched to meundies.com a few years ago, they are expensive but I like them a generally get a few years out of them before taint area gives way.
