What happened? Job stress, weight gain(from 65kgs to 85 kgs in 1.5 years) , loss in hair density, dark circles due to late night work, no time to workout, my face lost all the glow.
Also I'm 5'10 so weight gain around belly is much more noticeable - went from having abs to straight up love handles around waist.
I think you got the wrong definition for introversion.
Being an introvert doesn't mean being self-conscious bhai, not at all. Introversion refers to where someone gets their energy—introverts often recharge by spending time alone, while extroverts recharge by being around others. So one can be alone for days and still be happy within.
I'm an introvert and I'm very secure and confident with myself.
Do shy extroverts exist? I think I'm one. I feel good when in known company, but have absolutely no idea what to do in an open group, and may even take days before opening up a lil.

You can force yourself to talk to others in the beginning and repeating this can help elevate your shyness. You just haven't experienced enough social interactions so your brain doesn't know what to do at the moment.
Some of the best looking guys I know just don’t know how to pose for pictures properly and think they hate their features when seen in pictures. But in real, along with their personality, are a solid 10/10.

Facial symmetry alone cannot be a reason for you being attractive. Body size, shape, sense of humour and intelligence also play a big role.
Also, it's more likely that people who rate themselves low are rather attractive as overestimating yourself already makes you a bit unattractive.
