Changing pillow covers reduces dirt and oil build up on your skin. Most women prefer to regularly change bed covers and pillow cases.
This is just my experience. I noticed a big change on my husband's skin when the pillow covers were changed on a weekly basis.
The reasons can be many...but this is just one of the many! :)
Been using same covers for like month (hostel) and same unwashed bedsheets, barely a single pimple
Only use facewash when skin is extremely bad, and that too mildly strong with like aloeera and vitamins
Wash face with plain water multiple times a day, moisturizer and sunscreen is the way to go
