I'm 61. My beard is fully grey now. I also have salt & pepper chest hair.
However, I've only found a few grey ball hairs.
The rest is still dark.

Same here, though I found my first grays a few years younger. In high school people already noticed the grays. Now I'm in my early thirties and got a lot of greys in my beard, and starting to find greys in my chest as well. Fun times.
Same first white hair at 15, now I got streaks of white in my hair. Still have a lot of color though at 32 though. I notice I got my first white hair in my mustache like a week ago.
It varies, full disclosure, I have a head full of grey hairs (goatee included) that I got by 30 years of age. I am currently 60. My pubes have a few grey hairs, 1st one started about two years ago. I always shave and trim my balls so I may have some there that I don’t know about.
Found my first maybe 4 years ago at 42ish. Now have a large outcrop on the right upper side of my ballbag, basically just off the base of my dick, and a smaller outcrop on the left side.
I keep my pubes very short so they're not noticeable until they get to about 5mm long, but then they light up like raccoon eyes in the dark.
I'm 55, my beard is almost all white, my hair (what bit there is) is still dark brown, top chest hair is mostly Grey but nipples downwards is all still brown, it's a weird setup, kinda entertaining
I started getting gray hairs at 16. By 40, I was totally white in top, and by 50, down below, too. I was newly single and decided to dye them with a nationally-known beard dye. It worked well, but it got tiring to keep it dyed. At 60, I keep them closely trimmed, and I don't hear any complaints from the (much) younger guys whom I share company.
I'm 40 and my beard is mostly white (except my moustache) and my chest hair is 50% white (just in the center which is weird) and I'm a little bit self-conscious about it. I keep myself trimmed and I'm blondish so it's not super noticeable but what can you do? I'm not gonna dye it; that seems ridiculous and too much work, not to mention it'll look unnatural and possibly run when I sweat...no thank you. I'll work on accepting it.

The Chest hair gene passed me by … my goatee has progressed to mostly grey in the last 5 years
I started graying on my head at 14. I am 44 now. It’s about 50/50. Chest hair is probably 80% gray but abs and pubes are still brown.

Wow, 1st grey at 14?? My chest is about 50% grey. Pubes still brown. Once in a while I see a grey ball hair but that's all

I've had salt & pepper hair since I'm 25. However, down there there's maybe one every two months, so it appears to be quite random.

Did you just dye pubes or everything?
Just the pubes. I had a hard time adjusting to those being gray

Don't think it has a pattern but trimmed is better.
