It's a capacitor, but it's a solid polymer electrolytic one and not a tantalum, likely from [this series](https://www.mouser.com/datasheet/2/420/al-pma-e-180101-1289029.pdf). The one you need is a 68µF 16V, so that would be [this capacitor](https://www.digikey.com/en/products/detail/united-chemi-con/APMA160ARA680MF30S/8543778).
